Raincliffe Woods Guided Archaeological Walk
This two hour walk will be led by Chris Hall and Trevor Pearson of the Scarborough Archaeological and Historical Society looking at some of the many sites in Raincliffe and Forge Valley woods.

About the event
This two hour walk will be led by Chris Hall and Trevor Pearson of the Scarborough Archaeological and Historical Society and will look at some of the many sites recorded by the Society as part of its 2017-18 landscape survey project in Row Brow, Raincliffe and Forge Valley woods. The walk is organised in conjunction with the Raincliffe Woods Community Enterprise and partipants will learn about the long history of the landscape.
The walk is free but a suggested donation of £5 per participant will be collected on the day to support the work of the Raincliffe Woods Community Enterprise.
